Our equipment and editing processes are setup to capture the customer and venue in the best light. We do all the leg-work, producing hundreds of thousands of videos each year.
Why it works
At the venue's end, the process couldn't be simpler. Over the years we have honed our custom hardware, with emphasis on quality, reliability and ease of use. Press a button to turn the cameras on, turn off, then plug in by USB. A receipt is printed with a direct link to the customer's video, which is then handed to the customer. It only takes a few seconds.
Viewpoint software automatically charges the cameras, copies files to the server, clears memory cards, ejects cameras, sends the raw video files to our editors via the cloud, and regularly clears its own memory.
We take it from there by identifying, collating, importing, scanning through each video for quality control, trimming, and carrying out quality control. We deal with all associated customer service. The video titles, descriptions and metadata are regularly updated to maintain the promotional benefit and spread videos over a variety of search terms.
The most successful marketing campaign we run is with Viewpoint's videos. We've had over 2,000 shares and 750,000+ online views so far, with a 10x+ ROI.
